5) How did you attract/address your audience?

This is represented in my media product through the use of images, text and font colours. The images used represent Sacred Heart High School; this is to ensure that when pupils read the magazine they can relate to it because they are used to the images that are used on the front cover.  The colours used are bright such as greens and purples this is because I believe that colours would stand out more to those younger than colours such as black and whites all over would. I used different fonts to show different sizes of fonts, some of the writing is big to show which titles are more important than others and ensure that the audience reads the most important parts. The language used is quite formal but direct this will ensure that the readers will relate to what is written as it is not too formal because those reading it are young which means the magazine needs to be appealing and fun for the pupils to show interest.
